1. We don’t charge any up front fees. You won’t have to pay us anything if your IVA application is unsuccessful.
2. If your IVA application is successful, your Supervisor’s and Nominee’s fees and any related expenses are included in your IVA monthly payment.
3. You won’t be charged any other fees by either us or your Insolvency Practitioner.
4. All the fees are fixed and disclosed to you and your creditors in your proposal.
